Training
Many training programmes focus solely on the qualifying tests. However, I often meet newly qualified instructors who feel uncertain about how to structure lessons or tailor their teaching to each individual. My approach goes beyond the basics: I’ll show you how to teach people, not just how to teach driving.
Through a proven, step-by-step training system, you’ll gain the skills needed to succeed both in your exams and in real-life teaching situations. Once you’re qualified, my support doesn’t end there, as I offer ongoing professional development and remain available for advice and guidance as you build your career.
Initial Steps
We begin with a two-hour assessment session, where we’ll discuss the full qualification process, potential challenges, and the various career paths available to you as a driving instructor.
During this session, we’ll also explore what the job truly involves, covering both the benefits and the realities of the profession, so you can make an informed decision about whether this is the right path for you. This gives you the opportunity to gain insight and ask questions without committing to a large upfront investment or signing up with a big training company.
Please note that for driving instructor training, we use your own car as thats most likely the car you will be teaching on and do your exams on.
